Brian Mohr

Brian Mohr earned his business degree from the University of Utah. He spent 5 years working for Walsh Construction in Chicago. As a project engineer and project manager, on numerous multimillion dollar highrise and heavy highway projects, Brian gained the knowledge and experience to create his own construction business. B. Mohr Contracting was created in 2005 with the focus on bringing quality homes with a custom feel at an affordable price to the Northwest Michigan market. The same year, Brian teamed up with Cal Karr and Lynne Moon to create Lone Tree Cottages LLC. The project was succesful from the start and led to the creation of Calybr Homes, creating a permanent partnership that focuses on custom homes and condominiums.

Brian is a Michigan Licensed Residential Builder. He is a member of the Grand Traverse Home Builders Association. Brian has earned the Green Building designation and the Certified Aging In Place Specialist designation.

Brian is also a Michigan licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
